JJ Spencer Transport II, LP was originally founded in the late 1990’s by Jerry Spencer on the philosophy that he could provide a standard of excellence in the fuel delivery industry above the current competitors to the stores that Spencer Distributing LP were responsible for and to the stores that he owned in the East, Texas area and the DFW area. He wanted this done with the integrity that he had built Spencer Distributing LP on with an emphasis on a fun, family, Christian environment where people would want to come to work. All of this while ensuring that the customer’s needs were put first, and safety was priority one. Through the years the company has grown to service many distributors with the same conscientious standards. In January of 2021 Jerry Spencer entrusted Jay and Donna Williams with the opportunity to continue the legacy that he had built. Jay had been working for the company since June 2012 and running the company for him since 2014 so he was confident that he would only continue to build on what his vision for the company had been since he had been doing just that since 2014. Donna would bring her years of experience in the Management, Human Resources, Transportation, Safety, and Legal to the company to help round out the office. Together they would take the company where he always knew it could grow to.

When you are looking for a full-service fuel delivery partner look no farther. We offer you the assurance of knowing that you have partnered with the most dependable, safest, on-time Premier Common Carrier of Petroleum. We pride ourselves in offering our customers exceptional customer service from the ordering process to the delivery process of branded and unbranded gasoline and diesel products. JJ Spencer Transport II, LP is an intrastate petroleum common carrier. We have made the choice to specialize in the Eastern part of Texas working normally within a 150-mile radius of Tyler, Tx where we are located. We are a safety contentious company who has taken the added precautions for both drivers and company alike to have two-way cameras (forward facing towards the traffic and rear facing towards the driver) to ensure that safety remains a top priority. Trucks are equipped with electronic logging devices to ensure that the location of the customer’s load is always known. Loads are dispatched through an internet-based system that goes to a tablet that is kept in the truck to ensure proper loading information and up to date changes. We still take orders the old-fashioned way by phone and email. We appreciate the ability to interact with our customers.
